2.Click “Get code” you will receive a verification email with ‘One-time Verification Code’; enter the code.

4.Create a password (Password format requirements: 8-20 characters, including numbers, letters, and special symbols).
5.Confirm the password.
Read and agree to the terms and conditions and privacy policy, and check the box.
7.Click “Register”, a notification will pop up stating “Register Successful,” indicating that you have registered successfully.

There are two login methods: email login and mobile number login.Email login allows you to purchase from the store, bind your mobile number, and manage your linked number. Mobile number login is limited to checking the package and features associated with that mobile number.
1.Email Login: Enter your email and password to log in.
2.Mobile Number Login: Enter your phone number, click “Get Verification Code,” and enter the code.
If the phone number is Bind to the login email: Login successful.
If not bind, a “Not Bind” prompt will appear. Click “Bind Phone” and you will be prompted to enter the login email. If the email is not registered, the email registration page will pop up for registration.

2.On the basic information page, you can modify your email, name, contact number, and bind/unbind Unicom numbers. After changing the information, click modify, confirm that the information is correct, and then click the confirm button to complete the modification.

SIM Card Type: There are physical SIM cards and eSIMs. You can click on the blue text link to view “What is eSIM?” and “Compatible Models.” Physical SIM cards will be sent to you via logistics, while eSIMs will be sent to you via email.

1.How Are SMS Charges Applied?
Receiving SMS is free, but sending SMS incurs charges. If the number exceeds the plan's limit (if applicable), it will be charged at standard rates.
2.Is there a maximum limit on the number of SMS that can be sent?
According to Singapore telecom regulations, a maximum of 300 SMS can be sent in one day. If this limit is exceeded, further messages cannot be sent. If SMS are sent over multiple days exceeding 300, there is a possibility of terminating the SMS service.
1.Does the 30-day validity of additional purchased value packages across months count as a cross-month calculation?
Yes, it counts as a cross-month calculation.
2.What is the order of mobile data usage?
The order of mobile data usage is: “Carryover data from last month — Validity period data packages — Current month’s plan data.”
3.What is the carryover plan for data?
For local data, if not used up in the current month, it can be carried over to the next month. If you purchase Plan A, all unused local data (including plan data and value packages) will accumulate for the next month, but overseas data will not carry over or accumulate.
4.How is billing handled after data is exhausted?
Once the plan data is exhausted, any additional usage will be charged at standard rates. It is recommended to purchase a data value package as soon as possible.
5.What are the differences between different data value packages?
Data value packages are regional. For example, a local data value package refers to data packages used within Singapore. Therefore, please pay attention to select the appropriate data package for your region when purchasing.

3.Fill in personal information, including name in Chinese and English, type of identification, and number. Follow the instructions to upload a copy of the identification. The supported types of identification are based on the dropdown list options.。
4.Read and agree to the "Real Name Customer Consent Form," and confirm the submission of the application, which will enter the real-name verification stage.
5.The backend staff will complete the review within three working days. Customers can check the review status in “My Account” > “Service Management” > “Real Name Registration.” If approved, the "Real Name Status" will show as approved. If not approved, we will send an email to the customer, who can update their information using the email instructions.

If the customer wishes to restore the subscription before the expiration time, they can cancel the unsubscription using the following steps. The number will remain unchanged. After the expiration time, the service can only be repurchased, and the number may change.
