Will the termination of 3G network services affect my devices?
All devices that only support 3G (including phones and tablets) and 4G phones that do not support VoLTE will be affected. Your device will no longer be able to make or receive voice calls.
How do I know if my phone only supports 3G?
If your phone does not display "4G," "5G," or "4G LTE" in the data icon when WiFi is turned off, then you might be using a 3G device. The termination of 3G network services will affect your usage. You’ll need to upgrade to a 4G/5G device that supports VoLTE to continue using mobile services. Alternatively, you can directly switch to a 5G device and select a 5G plan to enjoy a high-speed internet experience.

VoLTE (Voice over LTE) is a voice call technology based on the 4G LTE network, allowing users to transmit voice over the LTE data network. Compared to traditional 2G or 3G voice calls, VoLTE supports HD voice calls, offering clearer audio quality than traditional 2G/3G calls.
