1.How Are SMS Charges Applied?
Receiving SMS is free, but sending SMS incurs charges. If the number exceeds the plan's limit (if applicable), it will be charged at standard rates.
2.Is there a maximum limit on the number of SMS that can be sent?
According to Singapore telecom regulations, a maximum of 300 SMS can be sent in one day. If this limit is exceeded, further messages cannot be sent. If SMS are sent over multiple days exceeding 300, there is a possibility of terminating the SMS service.
Voice Calls
1.How to make a call?
There are two methods to call overseas from Singapore:
1.Use the 018 service, which is cheaper. The dialing method is: 018 + country code + area code (if applicable) + phone number.
2.Use the direct dialing method, which is more expensive. The dialing method is: + country code + phone number.
When roaming:
1.To call back to Singapore or other places, just dial + country code + phone number.

2.How is billing handled after the plan minutes are used up?
Once the plan minutes are exhausted, any additional minutes will be charged at standard rates. It is recommended to purchase a voice value package as soon as possible.
