1Card 2Numbers
Designated plan customers can apply for one-card-two-numbers service to manage the existing China Unicom Mainland China number/China Unicom Hong Kong number,by which the voice call and SMS to the managed number can be forwarded to the Singapore number. Customers also can choose the new China Unicom Mainland China number/China Unicom Hong Kong number.
Purchase Process
1.Go to “My Account” > “Service Management” > “1Card 2Numbers”
2.Select “Number Ownership”;
3.Fill in personal information, including name in Chinese and English, type of identification, and number. Follow the instructions to upload a copy of the identification. The supported types of identification are based on the dropdown list options.。
4.Read and agree to the "Real Name Customer Consent Form," and confirm the submission of the application, which will enter the real-name verification stage.
5.The backend staff will complete the review within three working days. Customers can check the review status in “My Account” > “Service Management” > “Real Name Registration.” If approved, the "Real Name Status" will show as approved. If not approved, we will send an email to the customer, who can update their information using the email instructions.
Unsubscribe Process
1.Go to “My Account” > “Service Management” > “Value-Added Services”;
2.Select “One Card, Two Numbers Service.” In the details status window, there will be an option to “Unsubscribe.” Click to unsubscribe.
3.After unsubscribing, the ordered value-added services will show a module for “One Card, Two Numbers Service (Expires at Month-End).” Clicking this module will display details, including expiration time.
Restore Subscription
If the customer wishes to restore the subscription before the expiration time, they can cancel the unsubscription using the following steps. The number will remain unchanged. After the expiration time, the service can only be repurchased, and the number may change.
1.Go to “My Account” > “Service Management” > “Value-Added Services”;
2.Select “One Card, Two Numbers Service (Expires at Month-End),” and choose “Restore Subscription” in the pop-up window.
